Care Instructions

Cups: 

Not microwave safe. Not dishwasher safe. Wash gently. Scrub gently. Avoid scrubbing on top of vinyl. 

Shipping

To ensure that your package is properly delivered during the timeframe we advertise, please make sure mailing address is correct. If you realize that you have entered the incorrect mailing address please contact us directly at irresistiblecreations@outlook.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request however, if we are unable to we do not take responsibility for incorrect address due to customer error. 

We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders. Please contact your local post office or file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm .

Orders for shipment have a processing period of 4-7 business days. Please note that during holiday seasons (ie., Valentine's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas) processing periods can be extended up to 14 business days. 

Return Policy

•  You have 24 hours to contact us for any damaged or incorrect item you have received. After the 24 hour timeline all products will be FINAL SALE due to customization
• Any items purchased through pop up events and/or exclusive sales are FINAL SALE.
